Baker Tilly Baltics OÜ was founded in July 2008 by two certified auditors and one tax consultant. The founders have long-term experience from major international audit firms. Baker Tilly Baltics audit firm was established in order to provide services for medium-sized enterprises in Estonia. In 2009 ouraudit firm welcomed two experienced certified auditors.

As at the beginning of 2010 the key persons in the team of Baker Tilly Baltics are:

• Sander Kallasmaa (certified auditor since 1998)
• Kalle Kägi (engaged in tax issues since 1996)
• Enre Oru (certified auditor since 1995)
• Toomas Prükk (certified auditor since 2002)
• Kaido Vetevoog (certified auditor since 2000)
